These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Zinia Tech LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). They govern your use of the Pro Better mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.
Pro Better is a roofing inspection tool for contractors and inspectors. It guides users through structured property inspections, lets them capture photos and notes, and generates inspection reports. The App is intended for professional use only.
Accounts are created by your organization's administrator. There is no self-registration. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, contact your administrator or email us right away.
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page in the App. Deleting your account permanently removes your personal information, inspections, and photos.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
You own the inspection data, photos, and notes you create in the App. By using the App, you give us permission to store, process, and display that content as needed to provide the service to you and your organization.
Inspection data is shared with other members of your organization, including administrators. This is how the App is designed to work.
The App, its design, code, and branding belong to Zinia Tech LLC. These Terms don't give you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. By using the App, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
We do our best to keep the App running, but we can't guarantee it will be available 100% of the time. We may need to take the App offline for maintenance, updates, or other reasons. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss that results from service interruptions.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. We don't make any promises about the accuracy or reliability of the inspection data or reports generated by the App.
You are responsible for verifying that inspection results are accurate before relying on them for any business, insurance, or legal purpose.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Zinia Tech LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. This includes lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or any claim by a third party.
Our total liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. If you keep using the App after a change, that means you accept the new version.
We can suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Your organization's administrator can also remove your account. If your access is terminated, you lose the right to use the App, but these Terms still apply to your past use.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
